The paradigm of communication has changed dramatically since the revolution in information and communication technology (ICT) in the late twentieth century. And not only has it changed because in the new global ecosystem millions of people have become broadcasters; in the current era of web 2.0, society is changing in all its activities, from education and scientific research to health and social relationships.
