For the first time ever,Talència, the TV3 Marathon Foundation , Barcelona’s CosmoCaixa museum and the New York Academy of Sciences NYAS have worked arm in arm to organize the International Week of Cancer Research. This informative event, the result of the international collaboration of these four organizations, aims to bring together all the latest advances in cancer research and personalized medicine.

The symposium of the TV3 Marathon Foundation will announce the results and findings of the 31 biomedical research projects funded with the nearly €7.7 million raised in the 2004 edition of the TV3 Marathon for cancer research.
