As the Year of Biodiversity progresses with alarms triggered, there is a parallel world where the animals roam at will. Its characters look like the bugs and beasts we know and their handbook is the oral tradition and imagination. Non-existent or hidden, the cryptozoology fauna has been a motive for scientific study since 1958.
KAKAUNDAKARI
With a height of one and a half meters, long arms, short legs, long, shaggy hair and round face, this biped inhabits the forests of East Africa. White man began to document its presence in 1900, although it was not until 1937 when its existence was made public.
