Nature is losing its ability to absorb CO2

Catalans on the IPCC defend its record

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) still has an important role to play in developing responses to global warming despite the controversial attacks that have tried to discredit it, according to the four Catalan scientists participating in the drafting of the next Global Report 2014, a document to be prepared by 831 specialists from around the world, which will most likely show that not enough is being done to mitigate climate change.
