El Boscarró Nord, to be built in the town of Tàrrega, will be the first project of its kind in Catalonia and is promoted by the Waste Agency of Catalonia (ARC) and the Catalan Institute of Ground Use (Incasòl). Its designers plan for it to be a reference demonstrating the feasibility of this type of projects.
